Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia had challenged the decision of the lower court in the Delhi Excise Policy case in the High Court. Former Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia, through his petition, had asked the High Court to cancel the order of the subordinate court. On Monday, while presenting Sisodia's side in the Delhi High Court, his lawyer requested the High Court that the Special Justice took cognizance of the charge sheet even though there was no approval to prosecute the former Chief Minister of Delhi. What is the claim of the investigating agencies?
