Hyderabad: South actor Allu Arjun has got bail from the High Court. He was arrested on Friday afternoon in the case of the death of a woman in a stampede at the premiere of the film Pushpa-2 (Pushpa-2 The Rule). The lower court had sent the actor to judicial custody for 14 days. The actor challenged this decision in the Telangana High Court. The High Court, while hearing the petition, granted interim bail to Allu Arjun. While granting bail to Allu Arjun, the High Court said, "He is an actor, this cannot be done to him just because he is one."

Telugu megastar Allu Arjun is accused of arriving at the premiere of his film Pushpa-2 at Hyderabad's Sandhya Theater on December 4 without informing anyone. A crowd had gathered to see him. There was a scuffle to get autographs. During this, a stampede broke out. Many people were injured after falling on each other. While a woman died due to being crushed. After this incident, the authorities had registered a case against the management of Sandhya Theater, actor Allu Arjun and his security team.

Allu Arjun said in his petition to the High Court that he is not responsible in any way for the stampede in Sandhya Theater. The petition said that Sandhya Theater had informed the police about the arrival of the actor two days in advance. Extra security was also sought from the theater management, but the police did not provide security.

Gave the example of Shahrukh Khan
During the hearing in Telangana High Court, Allu Arjun's lawyer said, "There was nothing in the instructions of the police that the arrival of the actor could cause someone's death. Usually actors attend the first show of their films." The lawyer also referred to the cases of Gujarat High Court and Supreme Court against Shahrukh Khan.

Victim ready to withdraw the case
Meanwhile, the husband of the woman killed in the stampede said that he is ready to withdraw the case. The victim said, "He was not aware that something like this would happen. We are ready to withdraw the case from the actor." Let us tell you that on getting information about the death of the woman, actor Allu Arjun also expressed condolences. He met the victim's family and also promised help of Rs 25 lakh.

Letter of Sandhya Theater surfaced

A letter from Hyderabad's Sandhya Theater Management has surfaced in the whole case. In this letter, it has been claimed that they had informed the police two days before the premiere of the actor's Pushpa-2 and demanded security arrangements. Despite this, the police did not make arrangements. On the other hand, the police say that the theater did not give any information.
